Custom Track Production Process
Discover how we tailor rubber tracks to meet your unique needs.
We begin by listening to you. Your unique needs and specifications are our top priority. Whether it's size, logo, pattern, or performance features, our team gathers all the necessary details to ensure your custom rubber track is a perfect fit.
Our expert designers create precise 2D and 3D models tailored to your specifications, including size, logo, and pattern. These detailed technical drawings are reviewed and refined with your input to ensure they meet all your requirements before moving to mold production.
We develop the molds with state-of-the-art technology. The time needed to produce the mould can range from 30 to 60 days, depending on the track size and technical complexities.
Once the mould is completed, we conduct rigorous testing and produce several track samples for your evaluation. This sample production process usually takes 3-5 days.
You test the track samples under real-world conditions and provide feedback. If adjustments are needed, we modify the mold to meet your exact specifications. Typically, our samples pass customer tests on the first try, allowing us to quickly proceed to mass production.
With your approval of the track samples, we begin bulk order production. The production timeline can vary depending on the specific track design and the quantity required.
Before shipment, each track undergoes a thorough final inspection to ensure it meets all specifications and quality standards. Once approved, tracks are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs. Whether you prefer to use your own designated shipping forwarder or take advantage of our reliable and cost-effective shipping partners, we ensure timely and safe delivery of your order.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits of using rubber tracks on construction machinery?
Rubber tracks offer superior traction, reduced ground pressure, and enhanced stability on various terrains. They also minimize damage to surfaces like asphalt and concrete, and provide a smoother ride compared to steel tracks, reducing operator fatigue.
How do I select the right rubber track for my construction equipment?
Consider the type of equipment (e.g., carriers, compact track loaders, mini dozers, mini excavators, mini skid steers, multi-terrain loaders, trenchers, drillers), operating environment, load capacity, and track width. Our team can help you choose the best track based on your specific requirements and applications.
Are rubber tracks suitable for all types of construction sites?
Yes, rubber tracks perform well on various construction sites, including dirt, gravel, mud, and paved surfaces. They offer excellent traction and stability, making them versatile for different site conditions.
What kind of machines are typically equipped with rubber tracks?
While most commonly used on compact construction equipment like mini-excavators, multi-terrain loaders (MTL), and compact track loaders (CTL), rubber tracks are versatile and can be found on a wide variety of machines and applications, including utility equipment, drilling machines, pavers, military equipment, track carriers (dumpers), and even some larger compact excavators. Rubber tracks enhance mobility, provide better traction, reduce ground pressure, and minimize surface damage, making them suitable for diverse and demanding applications.
What are the track technologies available in the construction industry?
There are three different technologies available for construction tracks:
- Rubber Tracks: This is the most common technology. Much like their steel counterparts, rubber tracks are powered by the undercarriage of the equipment. For example, in mini-excavators, engine power is transferred by a sprocket, while an idler at the opposite side maintains track tension, and roller wheels support the weight of the machine.
Over-the-Tire Tracks (OTT): These are temporary attachments used on wheeled skid steer loaders in applications requiring more traction and flotation than tires alone can offer. The track is mounted over the machine’s tires, which transfer engine power.
Rubber Pads: This is the newest track technology available on the market, mostly used for excavators. There are three types of rubber pads: clip-on, bolt-on, and chain-on. Clip-on and bolt-on pads are either clipped or bolted onto metal tracks, while chain-on rubber pads are mounted directly on the chain that transfers engine power.
Can rubber tracks be fitted to an excavator with steel chains?
Yes, on some machines but beware it’s not always the case..
Not all machines can be converted from steel chains to rubber tracks and, above all, it is important to check the compatibility of your bearing components (lower rollers, upper rollers, sprockets and idler wheels) before making any changes..
